Question by soybenito · Oct 07, 2014 at 09:49 AM · editorblurry

Why my editor became blurry ?

Hi, I've got Unity Pro Version 4.5 A Macbook Pro Retina 15".

Since today, my Unity Editor is kind of blurry. The Scene looks more pixelized, and even texts in the Hierarchy, Project or Inspector Menu looks not sharp. Any idea how to fix it.

Thanks

On retina $$anonymous$$acBooks the interface looks scaled.

However, it seems someday this is going to be released (sources: one, two, three)

LOL I just had this problem yesterday.

By doing a SEARCH you would have found the answer.

But, the way I fixed it, close Unity, go to your graphics card properties and change the settings to in between performance and quality.

(If it is already like that, then I suppose go more towards quality.)

Hope that helps!

I got mine back to crisp shape by going to my res. settings and scaling the display to full screen.

basically i think what had happened is i was trying to get get my Nvidia control panel to open ( still can't ) and i changed something by mistake.

mine was set on the aspect ratio, and if anyone else has this problem, it may be a resolution issue, where you just need to set it to full screen or something of that caliber.

( to test if this is a valid problem your editor ) if your editor's images + text + icons + folders should appear blurry, this may be a resolution problem.
