How to rotate object with mass from one direction to another counting its mass

I need to rotate a space ship from one direction to another in a time according to its mass thruster max acceleration. It's need to be looks like positive acceleration at first half of rotation path, and negative acceleration at second half of rotation path. What the bast way to do this?

Ps

I tried transform.rotation = Quaternion.Lerp but it's not it. Lerp add impulse and only negative acceleration on all the rotation path. rigidbody.rotation = targetRotation Do instant rotation
