Need suggestions to create the attached scene in Unity.

Attached is the scene which I need to create as part of my project. I would need suggestions on every aspect. My main concern is the preview/timeline of the game shown in the top part of the scene. How do I create it in Unity? Please help.

Also the red thing to indicate the pressure/force applied on the ball to make it jump. alt text
