how can i make randomly generated worlds with collectable resources

i tried looking it up and all i got was either world generation or minecraft websites can someone link me I want to generate a world(mars planet) with ores and rocks that can be mined and have caves form and be able to dig up the ground to find them

so i would like to generate a random world with -mineable terrain -mineable rocks ad boulders on surface -mineable ores under ground

any links? tutorials?
