Raycast hit working in unity editor but not in deployed webplayer build?

Hi All,

I have a loading screen,menu screen and a profile screen in my game.All these Screens are in a single scene and i have just transformed the camera position. When the game starts, after the the loading screen menu screen should come. It has Play,Options and Exit buttons.On clicking Play button game should navigate to Profile screen.Play button is a sprite gameobject and used Raycast to detect the hit on it when the left mouse button is down. When i run the build in unity editor every thing is working fine. When i take a web build and deployed it in explorer or chrome on everything works fine until menu screen. On clicking the Play button in menu screen it is not navigating to Profile screen.

 Script for detecting click on Play Button:

 if(Input.GetMouseButtonDown(0))
 {
     Ray ray = Camera.main.ScreenPointToRay(Input.mousePosition);
     RaycastHit hit;
     if(Physics.Raycast(ray,out hit))
     {
         if(hit.transform.gameObject == m_play)
         {
             m_mainmenustate = E_MainMenuState.Play;

         }
 }

 Script that transform to Profile screen on Play button click:

 void play()
 {
     m_profileParent.SetActive(true);
     for(int i_ = 0; i_ < m_profileParent.transform.childCount ; i_++)
     {
        m_profileParent.transform.GetChild(i_).GetComponent<Profile_Create>().initData();
     }
     m_mainCamera.transform.position = new Vector3(-1000,0,-100);
     m_mainmenustate = E_MainMenuState.None;
 }

Have checked it by changing the collider size,enabling trigger.

Any help is appreciated.
