How to make a mouse sensitivity slider?

Hi

I have a slider in my options menu that should change the sensitivity of the mouse, but I don't know how to start. Can anyone help me out with that?

True mouse sensitivity is an OS-specific function, so you'll have to interface to the OS. You can use a simulated mouse (i.e. use your own texture and move it around), and then you can set the sensitivity to anything you like.

This looks like a pretty good place to start. Depending on how the mouse is used in your game, you may not need to actually increase the mouse speed based on the OS.
