If you're referring to animations, then using GAF(https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/13593) which is a free asset - can be used to import swf files to gaf files for use in unity. But a 1 to 1 import and setup in unity that includes all properties, actionscript, etc, no.
