@Chinnasamy_88, you can't, if you could wrap it up in a POST instead of a GET call, you would be good, but i tried that and got a 405 every time. You could try and URLEncode it to obfuscate it, but that isn't going to help. Due to your implementation you can't use the link rel="canonical" html element, so thats no good. You can not configure the google page to not display the URL, this is something google generates and displays to the user so they are aware of the site your going to throw up on your google+ page. This makes sense.
