Re uploading game on google play

Hi guys, I uploaded not full game on google play, then I change catogory etc..

So now it is 179 in new casual game having 1 download a day. I think this game can have more downloads.

What do u think about removing it from google play and after ~ half year again upload with diffrent package ID, icon, more levels.

And it is legal with google play rules?
