Shader water and refraction

So, I'm new to shaders (but not coding - shaders are a whole new adventure for me) and I'm trying to tackle an issue I have with a water shader that I'm using called "OceanPro". The water is fine, but I wanted the water to be slightly transparent, and also to refract/distort the ground below. Fairly simple stuff.

Transparency was easy to add, but the refraction is not compiling, and I have no idea why. FTR, I don't want a "Here is the fixed code" answer - as grateful as I would be. Even just a point the right direction would be great as I really am pulling my hair out. The refraction shader I am basing this off is : http://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php?title=Refraction

The compiler error I get is Shader error in 'Ocean/Pro/OceanShader': Parse error: syntax error at line 30.

It only started happening after I added the "Pass". I believe I need to create a pass so that I can use GrabPass to get the objects behind.
