Unity3D 4.6.1 freezing installation

I downloaded Unity3D 4.6.1, and when I try to install it it freezes halfway trough. I tried it two times and happens every time. So I downloaded the Unity installation file again to see if that was the problem but it still happens. What can I do? Real would like to use Unity.

I got windows 7, I just downloaded the installation file from unity website. Just followed the installation steps and waited for it to install, and the it just freezes when it's round about in the middle of installation. Happened 3 times already...

Download one of the patch releases and check that the file that gets downloaded has the same md5hash as is listed on the QA site.
