How to rotate webcamtexture?

I have been display camera screen using WebcamTexture class. (My build platform is Windows and the target device surface RT.)

First, we work in accordance with the resolution 1080 x 1920. (portrate mode.)

WebcamTexture in Portate mode when using the screen display is rotated 90 degrees.

Results screen is saved again be rotated.
