Re-writing a fixed function shader to work with SpriteRenderer.

Long story short, I need to rec-write this shader so it works with Sprite Render but i'm new to shaders and i have no idea what to do. Can anyone help?

Shaders is not a subject to jump into. You really need to do some tutorials on this first.
