I test to build a WebGL app and got a compiler error

The compiler error is the followed:

Error building Player: Exception: C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\Tools/UnusedByteCodeStripper2/UnusedBytecodeStripper2.exe did not run properly!

Why I get this???

I have same problem with IOS in unity 5.0f4
