Unity5 crash while importing art

I just updated to Unity 5, and I tried to open a Unity5 project, but after importing the assets, compiling the scripts, when it is importing the art(wchich is a PNG file) it crashes. I tried to delete the PNG file and launch again, it crashed on another PNG file. So I guess it is not the PNG's problem. I'm using Unity 5.0.1f1 (64-bit), Win 8.1.

Any idea?
