Android Studio .JAR Export instructions sought

Is there a step by step guide published here for Android Studio users accessing Android-specific APIs not implemented in Unity/Mono to export a .JAR file for usage with Unity? Running Unity and Android Studio on Windows 7 64. Descriptions I have found so far are poorly written and difficult to follow.
