How to draw an animated line over a random path?

I need to draw a line like the long white line in the image. It's basically a path the ball is attached to. The ball moves over it and goes forward. I'm not sure if it's pre generated or random but It's like an infinite runner. Also, how can i snap the ball to it so that the ball keeps moving forward but stays on the line.
