Question by EpicCreator222 · May 22, 2015 at 03:23 PM · texture

Walking inside texture placed on a cube.

So i created a Cube, spread it out and placed some texture on it. I then proceeded to add a first person controller and everything works as it should, HOWEVER, when ever i "spawn" my person is walking INSIDE the texture. Hope you guys can help me. I have attached a picture to explain it more. alt text

No idea what you mean. How is the example provided inside the texture? What does "inside the texture" even mean? What were you expecting to be different?

The texture on the ground is way to close to the camera. I don't know how to fix that.

I doubt it. You said you "spreaded the cube out". I'm assu$$anonymous$$g you meant scale, right? That means you're scaling the texture too. If you reduce the scale to 1, does it still happen?

Imagine a deep pool of water where the water reaches to about your neck, but the "water" being the texture. That is what my problem is. And by spreading the cube out i meant i took a 3D object and made a small platform for my person to walk on. I didnt scale anything whatsoever.

So your problem is what? That you don't like where the textured cube is? Why don't you just move it then? If it's up to high, move it down. ...Like FortisVenaliter, I don't think I understand what you're trying to ask.
