Activate ragdoll in script?

Hello so i have an ragdoll that just falls to the ground when i start my scene. I want it so if i hit it with an raycast it automaticly sets the ragdoll physics to true. I have an raycast script but dont know what to type after that, any ideas? (raycast script is not mine) ~carlqwe

Script (JS):

 #pragma strict

 var Effect : Transform;
 var TheDammage = 100;

 function Start()
 {

 }

 function Update ()
 {
     var hit : RaycastHit;
     var ray : Ray = Camera.main.ScreenPointToRay(Vector3(Screen.width*0.5, Screen.height*0.5,0));

     if (Input.GetMouseButtonDown(0))
     {
         if (Physics.Raycast (ray, hit, 200))
         {
             var particleClone = Instantiate(Effect, hit.point, Quaternion.LookRotation(hit.normal));
             Destroy(particleClone.gameObject, 0.3);
             hit.transform.SendMessage("ApplyDammage", TheDammage, SendMessageOptions.DontRequireReceiver);
         }
     }
 }

By physic you mean gravity I guess...

You should:

A) Set the gravity of all of the ragdoll rigidbodies to false. Make a script in the root of the ragdoll that contain an array of all Rigidbodies. (the root and the childs using GetComponentsInChildren, set it in the Awake or Start function)

B) In that same script, make a public function with a for loop that will change all the rigidbody gravity property to true.

C) Call that function from the script you posted after the raycast thing.

I'm not used to JS but I can help if you have trouble doing this.
