Where is webgl data cache located?

If PlayerSettings | Data caching on, where are the files stored? In both Firefox and Chrome tests, data is being cached outside of the browser cache

e.g. in Firefox, clearing “Cached Web Content” and “Offline Web Content and User Data” and restarting browser does not remove cached copy - i.e. 10Mb webgl build loads almost immediately
