How do I access the documents folder for ios in xcode 6

I'm trying to access the documents folder of an ios project. In previous versions of xcode I would go to the organizer and click on the device and download the application data to the desktop which had the documents folder inside.

Now in xcode 6 there are only two things in the organizer, Crashes, and Archives.

How do I access what is in the Documents folder of an app on the iphone or ipad.
