Error building Player: Extracting referenced dlls failed.

Every time I try to build my project I keep getting these 2 errors

I've tried reinstalling unity and changing .NET 2.0 subset to .NET 2.0 but nothing has changed. I do not have any plugins added.

I'm actually having the exact same error. This wasn't happening a couple days ago within the same project.

After looking through my entire projects folders and not finding any dlls that would cause this issue I shutdown Unity, deleted my library folder and started it back up. After rebuilding the library folder I was able to build my project.
