Player twitches when the elevator rises

I have elevator, which I move up and down using animation when player come inside the elevator's triger.

But when it move up, player's camera twitches. When elevator move down, player fall to the elewator because of it big speed, then elevator move down again under the player and player fall on it again.

How can I sole it? How to make the player moves smoothly with the elevator?
